These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on Store.Pirelli.com (the “Site”)
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE.
1. ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE
- All orders placed on the Site are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We will notify you if there are any issues.
2. PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland
- Prices include VAT and any applicable import duties under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model.
- You will not be required to pay additional VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.
Australia & New Zealand
- We currently absorb GST for orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand.
- However, we reserve the right to change this policy in the future. If GST is not included at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any applicable GST and import duties upon delivery.
Hong Kong
- Orders shipped within Hong Kong are not subject to import duties or sales tax. The total amount paid at checkout is the final price.
- Orders shipped to Hong Kong are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We comply with all Hong Kong customs regulations. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance delays.
United States & Canada
- We currently absorb sales tax for orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
- However, we reserve the right to change this policy in the future. If sales tax is not included at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any applicable sales tax and import duties upon delivery.
Japan & Singapore
- We currently absorb sales tax for orders shipped to Japan & Singapore.
- However, we reserve the right to change this policy in the future. If sales tax is not included at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any applicable sales tax and import duties upon delivery.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, taxes, and duties at any time.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
- Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received and cleared.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
- Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, carrier issues).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events beyond our control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the law of your country, as a consumer.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Ireland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer laws in your country.
For an alternative to resolving disputes through the courts, consumers in Australia, New Zealand, the EU, the UK, and Switzerland can direct their complaints to consumer protection agencies, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies, or online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms.
All purchases made through this website are subject to Hong Kong consumer protection laws, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, including any applicable refund or exchange policies.
- Arbitration shall take place in Dublin, Ireland, unless mutually agreed otherwise, or unless local consumer laws require a different resolution process.
- Each party shall bear its own legal costs, except as provided by the arbitrator.
- The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, with no appeal rights, except as permitted under the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
- Arbitration shall take place in Dublin, Ireland, unless mutually agreed otherwise, or unless local consumer laws require a different resolution process.
- Each party shall bear its own costs, except where laws require cost-shifting.
- Either party may seek injunctive relief in a provincial or federal court of competent jurisdiction.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If you have a complaint regarding our products or services, you may contact us first to seek a resolution. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may have the right to escalate the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, as outlined below:
- Australia: The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) (www.accc.gov.au) and relevant state-based consumer protection agencies.
- New Zealand: The New Zealand Consumer Protection Service (www.consumerprotection.govt.nz) and the Disputes Tribunal (www.justice.govt.nz).
- European Union (EU): Consumers can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to seek an out-of-court settlement.
- United Kingdom (UK): The UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme, such as the Ombudsman Services (www.ombudsman-services.org) or the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) (www.tradingstandards.uk).
- Switzerland: The Swiss Consumer Protection Foundation (www.konsumentenschutz.ch) or the relevant Cantonal Consumer Protection Office.
- United States: before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. Consumers may also seek assistance through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Online Dispute Resolution Service or similar third-party mediation services.
- Canada: Consumers may resolve disputes through the Consumer Protection Office in their respective province or seek assistance from Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) providers before arbitration.
- Japan: Consumers in Japan may also seek resolution through a recognized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, such as the Japan Consumer Affairs Agency (CAA) or their local Consumer Center.
- Singapore: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of a party’s written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC). If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the number of arbitrators shall be one.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
